The referee stood over the ball for 3 seconds on the last FG

Just re-watched the game and yes it took the coaches several seconds to send out the FG units but the ref was holding us up from snapping he ball...
Made the whole thing seem even more rushed...

Ritter was in the O backfield. The same place every head official is before the snap. I hate the guy but it wasn't him and I wouldn't be surprised if the ref was waiting for the alternate line judge to get ready. That dude looked lost most of the time.

And in the 3rd quarter I looked at the punt where the refs said it hit Landry. Looked to me like the ball glanced off the face mask of the auburn player first. It was very slight, but the spin of the ball did change. Moot point now of course, or should I say moo point since it was at auburn.
