This class wouldn't even be fair to the rest of the league

If he wants to come on over....awesome. Chavis would make that kid a first rounder. That said, I am not holding my breath. He is committed to Clemson and until he decommits, I am not worrying about it.

sorry guys, I read this guy was a bama lock before the bama cruiting thread got whacked. might as well move along.

Nah. He doesn't fit a 3-4 system....he is easily a DE in a 4-3

I would think Chavis would make him a top 3 pick, not just 1st rounder

I think he definitely fits a 3-4 defense..or projects to, anyway, at 5 tech DE. He's already about 270.

Generally that'd be a guy that grows into a tackle for LSU's system but I think he's athletic enough to stay at end. Dude's just a freak.

changes his mind by February. The other kids aren't scrubs and I highly doubt your a talent scout for LSU.

Rivals top 100 = Bama lock. Every year. According to Gumps.

He could fit in both IMO. It would really depend on how he put on weight.

He's got the frame to easily be a 3-4 end, but I would think he'd enjoy being more of a playmaker in a 4-3. And really, I think he could play both end and/or tackle in a 4-3. He's a mega talent. I really hope we can sign him.

He seems pretty selfish and honestly I think he will be a team killer wherever he goes. He is extremely talented but he said he wants to go to a school for 3 years then go to nfl. I have no problem with that but he never mentions trying to make a team better or any of the team oriented things you would want to hear from a player.

From the first day he steps on whatever campus he ends up at it will be just about him. If he has 4 sacks but the rest of the team sucks. He'd be happy with that. LSU is a team first program. I don't think his mentality is right for LSU.

I dont think he ends up here anyway so it won't matter.

How fantastic would it be if there were a thread in my honor blasting me because he ended up at LSU? We can call it the dunking tank.

To be honest, most high profile kids are like that. Then they get to campus and get blasted by a 6'6" 1st Rd OT.
