Klown - has anyone seen this?

So, I watched the Red Band trailer for Looper to refresh my memory if it looked watchable. (from the thread about RT rating for the movie).
After watching - one of the suggested movies was "Klown". Deleted link, search for it for yourself. I don't want to get banned. for it - caution, definitely NSFW. It looks like it came out in 2010. The clip is pretty damn funny, even with sub-titles.
Anyone seen it - is it worth watching?
