Is this new school a pipeline to one of the Fla. schools? It says he is transferring away from Tebow's alma mater, which is good i guess

Is Sandalwood High a feeder school for a certain team?

They've already got one kid going to Bama and another to Vandy.

From what I understand, Nease is kind of a mess right now. Daub's new coach went to Duke and supposedly is an honorable guy that doesn't steer kids to particular schools.

All in all, I don't think the move signifies much of anything from a recruiting standpoint.

Daub's old coach was trying to steer him to Florida

His new coach is a former Duke player, like the other poster said, seems like a good guy who won't pressure him.

I wouldn't look too much into any of this

I think this is the article listed as the source:

LSU Commit Kain Daub Transfers from Nease to Sandalwood

Doesn't get into details, but apparently he was a recent transfer to Nease and is now moving back home. It looks like he will miss about one game, if one was scheduled.

I know its a long way away till he actually signs with any team but from everything I have read about he and his family I don't think we have anything to worry about. They seem like a very tightnit family and as long as his mom and dad are ok with LSU I think he ends up here. By the way his mom seems very ok with LSU. I have said this before. This is kid and his family are the exact type of players / family Les does great with.

UBERFAIL

Besides McKnight, every kid from Curtis who has had an offer over the past ten years has come to LSU. (English and Green didn't have offers)

Remember when LSU offered Eddie Lacy? You don't because it never happened. So Curtis helped a kid qualify to get a scholarship? Boo fricking hoo. He actually did a good thing for the kid.

Okay, if that's the case though, I think you are the one that may need to heed your sage advice of:
