Yep. If you have anybody that could net you at least 8pts, he should be benched. Morris is good for that seeing as Shanahan hates Helu.

I'm in the same boat. Do you bench CJ for Kevin smith? Non ppr and lashore getting some touches this week.

I just looked at the top 30 backs. Hillis is in at number 30 with 82 yards. So if you have one of the 30 backs then pleeeeeease start him

Normally I'd say no to this, because there is nothing worse than watching one of your studs blow up on the bench.
