Going on these things isn't nearly as financially viable as I would have thought off the top of my head, seeing as Johnny is the all time money winner, and has only made $266k (pre-tax) in close to a decade. I'd like to know how much money the more prominent challenge competitors make from appearances and other things.

I've always wondered why MTV doesn't shell out more cash for the final challenge like other reality shows, but I guess the less money they actually walk away with, the more likely they are to come back. Especially with the way some of these dumbasses undoubtedly blow their money.

I would like to see them do one season where they offer $1,000,000 for the final challenge. They could either save it for the last season, or do a season of only "retired" contestants. I'm sure a million dollars would lure most of them back out.

It's supposed to be "mental" but based on the "endurance" and "strategy" challenges this one will probably be something like running a 10K.

Gotcha, the DVR cut off the preview so I didn't catch anything about next week's episode.

Pretty sure the noobz get 5-10g when they first start out so I wouldn't be surprised if a guy like CT commanded close to 50 or more

if CT doesnt make more to fly over and backpack Johnny in 30 seconds before flying back then Derek from Cancun makes for an entire challenge then something is wrong with the world
