and it somewhat struck me last night watching the fool Mike Smith

The teams/coaches/players that the Saints will face coming up and have faced already see this as a chance to stick it to a team tat kinda rubbed shite in peoples face sometimes. The HC of these teams are HC for a reason. They can gameplan and make adjustments better than anyone. Especially when facing a rookie coach or a team in flux like the Saints

so I think these guys, esp teams that have been ripped by Payton/Brees and crew are looking at this season as a way to stick it back at a group that was doing the sticking

and it will probably be a issue all year. Without Payton game planning and making in game adjustments, saints could be behind the 8 ball in virtually every game

Yeah. I'm sure it's crossed the minds of opposing coaches. I can see why.

However, as an "NFL" team, it's on the defense to stop such things. Those guys on offense are paid to score. That's their job. It's not like they were cheating to score. If you can't stop a team from scoring, it's on your defense.

These other teams can get pleasure out of the Saints misfortunes all they want. That's human nature. But crying and complaining that they got owned by the number 1 offense in the NFL makes them look like a bunch of toddlers that what people to take it easy on them.

I like when they cry over the Saints dominating them. It makes them look weak. em.

well look the first drive Sunday was great. Know why? first 15 plays scripted

after that it's find the flow of the game and it just seems to be lacking. Nothing against the Saints staff but the other 31 HC's in the league are HC's for a reason

and I def think most teams the Saints face will view it as a chance to piss on them for lack of a better term

Maybe they need to start scripting the first 50 plays!

Why the hell did Pete Carmichael script a pick 6?

kinda my point. he didn't cause at that point they were working off what they had seen so far

Personally I probably didn't think the whole thing during the off season. I thought this team would be able to overcome Payton not being here. It's not about who we have, it's about who we don't. and again, I think the opponents see this as a one time or two time chance for some payback and will use it to their advantage

I might be slow and dumb for just now understanding that CSP not being here is a much tougher loss than I thought it would be
