What should I demand for RG3?

is he worthy of a RB1? or should I consider offers for WR1's and RB2's? I am not hurting for anything in my starting lineup, but could use some bench help at both positions

Depends, is there a team in your league with lots of RB or WR depth and bad QB? If so he could be, if I were you I'd hold off if you don't need anyone. If he really blows up people will make you offers

I know he is my starter and I wouldn't trade him even for Vick, Peyton, Eli or Romo. Basically I rank him in the next tier after the top 3. I would put him with Stafford and Cam. It also depends on your league rules... he is not as valuable if you reward 6 points for passing tds.

take it easy there, he's rolled 2 shitty Ds. Let's see what happens as the competition steps up and there's more film of what the skins are doing is out there.

Crappy D or not... the guy has tons of composure and great accuracy. I'm just saying where I would rank him.... Since you said you have Stafford, I would possibly be willing to trade him if you can get a RB1 in exchange.
