Just what we need, no big play maker just manage the game . Overall he did ok

It's pretty pathetic that 3 games with >100 passing yards is some kind of feat for an LSU QB.

He is the first QB we've had since Flynn that throws to third or fourth option. Nice to see that.

I'll take him over what we've had in the past anyday. He just has alot to learn and improvements to be made. I'm already looking forward to seeing him grow this year and put up big numbers next year.

He did a better job of stepping up in the pocket and checking down against Washington IMO. With that said, he made one bad decision.

WTF are you bitching about...
North Texas 192 yds...team rush over 300 yds didn't exactly need him to light it up...
Washington 195 yds 5 dropped passes in that game that hit the receivers in the hands, not like he was over throwing, under throwing into the ground or behind them like JJ, he would have easily gone over 200 yds if they are caught
Idaho 222 yds...nuff said...

Yeah we're averaging ~ 200 yards a game passing which is all we need to put up 40 on just about anyone with our running game

The only thing he has done so far this year wrong is a couple bad decisons. If he can eliminate those then he's gonna be really good.

Agree, I am sure that Kragthorpe will wear that piece of tape out talking about how bad that decision was, but Mett will learn. I am just happy he is learning against non conference opponents when LSU is up by so many points.
