What happened to the Boogie Kings

I noticed the Boogie Kings were not listed in todays list of bands in the Advocate Entertainment section. Does anyone know what happened to them, the latest version. I know most originals are gone,retired,etc. I heard Jerry Count Jackson[LaCroix] is sick with heart failure and living with his mother in Texas, G.G.Shinn is doing fine. I think, with a night club. Can anyone update them for me,they were the Best Band ever when I was young. Where's Jon Smith and the other horn players?
