Are there certain foods that you only use Tabasco on?

I don't use it all the time but I always use it in gumbo, red bean & rice, and scrambled eggs(only if white pepper is not available).

What about you?

Hot sauce, yes. But there's no Tabasco in my house. I use Crystal and Louisiana.


I use Sriracha too, but it's technically a "chili sauce."

I just don't like Tabasco, but I'll put Crystal on damn near anything but dessert.

I like Crystal too but Tabasco original is slightly better.

Definitely eggs and raw oysters. I use it on fried seafood poboys too.
