stop scheduling teams like Idaho and Towson

I guess the SEC schedule isn't good enough. Give us the easiest path to the championship please. Bama had a joke OOC schedule last year and still made it over a 1 loss conference champion in Okie State.

he might be slightly unbalanced. Hell most of us hate 2:30 and 6:00 games. LSU fans know that LSU football was meant to be played at 7:00

I just don't get it. Just economically, I don't want to pay this much money and not watch the game. If others don't care, their perogative, but I don't get it.

Ideas for getting people to stay for the whole game

1-100. Improve traffic flow from the stadium

The main reason most people leave early is the horrible traffic encountered after the game!

So they'll tailgate for HOURS before the game, but can't hang out a few minutes after the game to let the traffic clear?

Also not permitted. Just seeing who was paying attention.

NCAA rule. No alcohol sales in stadiums on campus

Wrong! There are plenty of schools that serve beer during games. Look no further than ULL where they bring it to your seat.

That is a blatant lie, get that out of your brain. You obviously didn't go to west Virginia game last year. There are over 20 teams that serve alcohol... Whether they are on campus or not makes no difference

My thought is reward people percentage of TAF points by swiping their TAF card or rescan your barcode after game is over.

Also reward people who go to away games with TAF points.

As has been pointed out, this is just wrong. It's also not a written SEC rule. From what I gather, it's more of an unspoken agreement. No school seems to want to be the first one in conference to sell beer in their stadium.

You can't make people stay. I've seen people leave early for close games, blow outs, cupcakes, rivals. Everything. People will leave early because it's what they do. I don't even think traffic is the main issue, just the main issue stated.

If the game is a beatdown in the 3rd quarter, pull the starters and play the reserves using plays to move the ball and score. It would be like two games for the price of one.

I don't agree with away games because people shouldn't be pressured to have to spend more money to go to away games. Love the home game idea though.

This is what I'm talking about -- an incentive. A reward for sticking it out.

Charge a dollar more a ticket and at the end of the 4th quarter put a ticket number on the scoreboard. If you're still @ the game you win the money. If no one wins it rolls over to next week....
