Nicholas David, first song - He did the usual great job, but something about the rehearsal sounded better than the final product.

Cassadee Pope, first song - Another fantastic job. I don't know the original song, but I can't see how it could be better than this.

Terry's first song - POW!!! Knocked it out of the fricking park. Holy shite but that was beautiful!

Amanda's first song - I couldn't agree with Adam Levine more on this, she needed another Dream On moment and she pulled it out of nowhere like it was nothing. Oh, and frick XTina for not even commenting on such an awesome performance.

Melanie's first song - Like Nicholas, her rehearsal sounded better but even more so. While Nicholas' performance still sounded solid, hers sounded like it was missing something. Christina's critique was more akin to a jealous count than serious critique. frick Christina.

Trevin's first song - Katrina & the Waves? WTF?? I swear I think Cee-Lo must be trying to secretly screw Trevin over. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't Top 6 worthy either.

Terry's 2nd song - Booyah! Excellent job!

Trevin's 2nd song - What... the... frick!?! This is the guy that just had to sing Walkin on Sunshine? This is the kind of song Trevin needs to stick with, it's big and bold and loud and full of tough highs. It's right smack-dab in the middle of his wheelhouse. He held it down, made it his bitch and reminded me why he deserves to be here.

Amanda's 2nd song - Whitesnake? An 80's hairband rock song? Being rocked out by a black chick? HELLS YEAH!!! This was like the anti-Amway song. It looks verrrrry sketchy on paper but she made it work. I'm all about the equal opportunity when it comes to Amanda. She's 2/2 tonight.

Melanie's 2nd song - another "wtf" moment, but this one isn't in a good way. Where the hell is Adam's head in thinking this fricking Sesame Street stageshow bullshite would work? I know what Adam was trying to do with the more up-tempo song, but it just came across as forced. Tonight Melanie and Amanda are at opposite ends because Melanie is 0/2 in my book.

Addendum: frick you, Christina. Spending so much time praising the scenery is such a bullshitty indirect way of insulting the artist. She had a solid statement about two songs Melanie could do but the rest of the countitude was absolutely unnecessary. She wasn't looking at your fat arse because she's just a fricking kid with self-esteem issues and she's being horribly insulted by someone that's succeeded in the business. I hope Christina gets the worst, most irreversible case of yeast infection ever known to man, beast or god.

Cassadee's 2nd song - Avril is right in the middle of her ballpark. This is a tough song, but it's right up Cassadee's alley and I think that's the only problem I have with it. She's shown she has lots of "sweet spots" (add your own sex joke here) because of her versatility, so I was hoping for something a little different. But it was a great performance, regardless.

Nicholas David's second song - Is there any song this guy can sing and it doesn't sound like smooth sex? This song was a big change from what he's been doing and he smooth-bluesed that thing all the way home. He's the real-damned-deal. Anyone that really listens to that rendition and doesn't feel something is dead, they just don't know it.

I'm going to say Melanie goes home this week. Who is the other person? I have no damned clue but I'm fairly certain Amanda stays and very certain Nicholas and Trevin stay. That means it comes down to Terry or Cassadee.

I think you may be right and that pissed me off. Terry should still be there. Cass is a shoe-in

Nick was good, but I felt like it was a bad song choice. And the coaches seemed to think so. I think he did well, but I couldn't hear him much and there wasn't a lot of time for him to shine.

Cassadee sounded really good..that note toward the end was incredible. Never heard that song, but I feel like she did really well. And she looked awesome...those pants. Wow.

Amanda. As soon as I heard the song she was gonna sing, I knew she was gonna kill it. And she fricking did.

CeeLo is so worthless with his comments. They should just skip him every time.

Awesome song choice for Terry. That's the sort of power ballad we've all said we wanted from him. He sounded a little off to me (like compared to the original), but I think that's just how he sounds though. Thought he did a really awesome job.

So far I feel like people are fricking bringing it tonight.

Trevin singing another chick song. That's bullshite IMO. And I thought it sucked. Bad. I felt like it was a gret karaoke of that song...he didn't perform it at all. Horrible song choice and so far, he deserves to go home...and let's face it, he's struggled the last two or three weeks anyway. I feel like he has soul, and they've completely gone away from that. And he's suffering because of it.

Melanie Martinez. I think she did a pretty good job, but I still feel like she sounds the same every week. I guess this was at least a LITTLE different this week. So far I have her and Trevin in the bottom two.

Christina is struggling to say anything nice about anybody but Blake's team. She was cold blooded to Melanie after "Crazy".

Terry's "Stay With Me" was a good performance, but not his best.

Trevin singing another chick song. He and CeeLo are fricking him up royally. I feel like he did better than his first performance, but it's hard to get into his performance when he's singing to a man ("You're the best man I've ever known.."). He sang it well, and ended it really well, but it just doesn't fit him IMO.

Amanda did well with Whitesnake, but I feel like it wasn't the best song choice. Not her best, but she killed it with her first performance so I'm still pretty high on her.

Melanie Martinez. Not a big fan of this one. It's "cute" enough I guess, but seems like a really (really) easy song to sing and sounds just like every other performance from her. I assume they were trying to ungoth her a bit. I guess simply put, it was boring.

frick Christina for trying to show up Melanie. What a stupid fricking count, man. I would be absolutely FURIOUS if I were Adam. Christina not only didn't say anything about the performance (just like the first time), she..for the second time...praised the fricking stagehand instead? Kudos to Adam for correcting her on it and saying it was all Adam and Melanie. And then on top of that shite, she's gonna sit there and try to outfrickingsing Melanie? And not only did she do it once, but like two and three times? Good fricking job, Christina, way to make it all about you and not at all about the fricking contestants on the show...you could already tell that Melanie already felt like shite based on what Blake said (and he was really nice about it), and you go and intentionally try to make her feel even worse. I don't like Melanie at all, but that shite was uncalled for. That shite is inexcusable IMO. frick this stupid arse fricking count bitch Christina...I won't miss her a single fricking second after she leaves. fricking bitch.

Cassadee Pope did really well the second time. She keeps singing songs I've never heard of before, but she's doing well with them. Two really solid performances from her.

Nice song choice for Nicholas...and I liked how it was stripped down and you can just listen to that dude and hear his soul. Nice assist from ROY G BIV as well.

If the night had a theme it wasn't "the contestants really brought it tonight", it was "frick Christina" and that's tragic because the show is about the contestants, not her fat arse. This isn't Idol.

That is good to hear, since I enjoyed his performances. But many other members who remarked on this episode did not. I feared he could be going home.

I really do believe that Melanie and Nicholas are going home. I don't mind seeing Melanie go home, Nicholas I would like to see him stick around, but the competition is just getting too tough. Someone good has to go home every week now.

The way this thing is carrying out Cassadee looks to be a shoe in for the finale. If Trevin doesn't get silly songs, and sticks to his ballads/r&b he would be there as well.

- Cassadee brought it on both performances. She has come out to the front in the past couple weeks and is one of the favorites to win now

- Nicholas had a bad night IMO. I am a fan of his, but he was in the bottom 2 last night based on those performances. "September" was not good for him and shying away from the chorus was not smart. "Over the Rainbow" was solid but nothing fantastic.

- Trevin was meh with "Walking on Sunshine". He too like Nicholas seemed to have long stretches of not singing. Cant do that. I really enjoyed his second performance though. That's his bread and butter

- Amanda is flat out fricking awesome. I enjoy every single one of her performances and she killed both of these. I blame Adam a little for "Here I Go Again" as I think there are better songs in that mold for her but she did very well with it

- Terry had a good night again. Seemed a little off on the first performance but this guy is just a solid performer. I still dont think he has the overall WOW factor to win this thing though

- If it was never clear to anyone it should be clear now after last night that Melanie doesnt belong in the same stadium vocally with any of the remaining contestants. I get it - she's an artist. She does new twists on songs we know. That's great. She is not that talented vocally though. I am so tired of hearing her whisper sing through these songs. And WTF was that second performance?!?!? That honestly was the worst thing I have ever seen done on that show.
