Could we get our draft picks back?

I would think no. Just cause our players may be innocent...doesn't mean that our organization can not be held accountable for running any kind of program that violates the CBA. Be glad it was only 2 2nd rounders and not a first...that is the only draft silver lining.

I think the reason the players got back in is because they are under the NFLPA umbrella while the teams, coaches, and GMs are under the NFL umbrella. Draft picks belong to the team so probably not getting them back.

No. Virtually no chance. Only the players will eventually have recourse. Nothing else will be effected, ever, unless there is some stunning evidence that suggests this was entirely manufactured, which is not the case.
Instead there is evidence. Goodell just chose to interpret it in a disingenuous way that fit his agenda.

Oh, Roger won't give it back for "good behavior" now.
We may have to sue for it if he can't prove we didn't clean up our act, but it probably wouldn't get resolved by draft day.
