Sadly UW won't get a full throttled Tiger Stadium.

Do the players still do the group huddle thing?

It's like a pre-game swag starter.

Yes. Reid and I think OBJ maybe was in the middle last weekend.

Uh no. That's the thing. They DON'T know what Tiger Stadium is all about. To quote J.Mora: "You think you know, but you don't know, you just don't know."

Eh, if you read the rest of the quote he's giving proper respect. If you need that to motivate you, so be it.

Frankly, I'm more offended that the blog writer put the Colliseum in the same breath as Tiger Stadium and Autzen.

Autzen isn't even the same as Tiger Stadium. Only places I've seen that are similar are Bama and Florida.

We have actually always had the loudest stadium in our conference. But the man's point (that we're aware it's going to be a loud, wild, hostile environment, so get ready to use hand signals all night) is still fair. Interpret it as an insult if you need to, but do you really think when he said they 'know what Tiger Stadium is all about' that they meant that in a bad way?

Didn't make it to the game, but I'll go with it.

Never said it wasn't. His statement is like saying water is wet. Everyone knows that Tiger Stadium is going to be like that.

Loudest stadium? Your fans dont yell when ur on offense. Why would that matter if ur stadoum is loud?Try playing in the swamp or in bryant denny or jordan hair or neyland. Yeah thats what i thought.

The biggest thing i notice is the missed field goals ive seen in dv over the years. Kickers just seem to shite their pants.

I also feel this crowd will be somewhat tame compared to when we get into sec play.

We get loud. LINK

Our last few years haven't been *as* good noise wise due to mediocrity (or worse) but if/when we turn the corner you'll be seeing the cameras shaking on TV again.

All I'm saying is that fans yelling at an opposing team is not a strictly SEC phenomenon.

And "Jordan Hair"? Really? Winning helps everything but I've never heard of it being a particularly loud joint. Do they attach noisemakers to their pom-poms now?
