Rivals released their top 150 basketball players (previously top 100) for the class of 2014 today.
Rivals 150
It caught my eye when i noticed that 5 Louisiana players graced the list:
#24 Craig Victor- PF (St. Augustine, New Orleans)
#96 LaDamean Keys- PF (Bogalusa, Bogalusa)
#107 James Thompson- PF (Capitol, Baton Rouge)
#123 Jordan Cornish- SG (Brother Martin, New Orleans)
#146 Mike Thomas- C (Ville Platte, Ville Platte)
Do you think Johnny has it in him to bring in a class that consists of 3 of these guys? I would consider keeping Victor and 2 others at home a success.

I've only heard of like 3 of those guys

Mississippi and Houston have better talent, would rather recruit higher rated prospects from there.

Gigantic success.

These players haven't started their junior year yet. There will be a lot of movement, up and down. Victor is the only must-get at this point.
Also, since it is Louisiana, you have to factor in academics. There is a good chance a couple of those will never play major college basketball.
Remember the New Orleans Fab Five? Only 3 of them ended up signing a letter-of-intent for basketball.

London got one for football, right?

Sydie London is a tight end at Tulane. Joel Pichon was also a football prospect, but I never saw that he signed anywhere.

Thompson is at Parkvew Baptist now, and I expect to rise up these lists.

Victor is turning into a man-child. This will be the year he dominates the state competition. There's a reason why he has been bumped up to 5 star.
I predict an average of 20 points and 15 rebs this year.

Yeah man, Exum is big time.

I would LOVE to have Victor here. I just don't know if we can pull him from the big programs that are pursuing him.
I'm glad that Louisiana has some basketball talent again though. We went through a little bit of a dry spell there. Having Trent as our coach didn't help either.

I try to stay away from that sticky

Why stay away? Lots of info from many different people.
New info in the 2013 one right now.
Eta: I was just kidding with you.
