The Washington Huskies are preparing for LSU by putting a real tiger on the field! I don't know if this is old or not, but I just found out

Saw that in the paper today. Sounds like Sark is just trying to keep the team loose.

Washington coach brought a live tiger (only 300 pounds) to practice so his players could get ready for me. It won't help....

Mike laughs at this "Tiger"

I forgot who it was but a blogger or someone yesterday said, "Want to prepare for the atmosphere at Tiger Stadium? Bring a live tiger to practice.
Want to prepare for LSU's team speed? Let the tiger loose."

I think I remember reading in the BR Business Report he is only around 350-400 lbs. I was shocked

ETA: Just went back and looked, it was 225 magazine and he weighs 485. Still, less than I expected.

I think the intention is to get attention for caged tigers in an attempt to stir up negative feelings toward Mike because it certainly has done that.
