Very heavy traffiic MS/LA line. Flooding or Obama?

I'm sitting on I-10 6 miles from state line can anyone give me any info?

I passed there earlier today about 2:00 and it only took like 30 minutes at most

Several factors. We just passed it coming back from Destin. About 40-50 minutes.

1. people coming home from Labor Day weekend/Evacs

2. Construction, it's down to one lane.

3. Sandbagging as mentioned earlier
