Mett Yelling at Offensive Line

Did anyone notice when Mettenberger got up out of the QB cage and got in the offensive lines face. They did something he didn't like as he looked pretty angry and was screaming.

Yeah, and the play where Mett got a snot bubble knocked in his nose, Lael Collins pretty much whiffed on his man too. If the cornerback hadn't hit him, he'd been hit by a tackle right in his grill.

i did a little lip reading and i got "this is bullshite" out of him. don't know what he was referring to though?

North Texas shouldn't have been able to hit Mett that many times. Our O lines pass protection was poor. The run blocking was solid though.

I thought the announcer said he was really yelling at a receiver for running the wrong route. I thought it was linemen at first too, but, I heard him say receiver was yelled at.

I remember a guy named Booty yelling at his O-Line. That didn't end to well for him. Enter Rohan and suddenly we have All-American Blockers. He needs to show patience and leadership and those guys will respect and rise up for him.

I can understand this to an extent, however when a team like NTU gets consistant pressure on you from the right side some one needs to get in their face about it. No need to think about Bama if your starting QB is hospitalized for the season.

Mett was on the OL after Williford got flagged for ineligible downfield. It negated a beautiful out-and-up route and a beautiful pump fake and lofted pass for a TD between Mett/Shep.
Williford deserved it. He played poorly last night.
