Running up the score?

"When will y'all learn that oregon and USC will always look amazing. They live to run up the score. Miles is comfortable with a 14-point win and will never just run the score up."
I'll start by pointing out to "The Eric" that 41 minus 14 is a 27 point scoring margin and doesn't equal a 14 point margin. Miles haters gonna hate.
I bring this up so others with this misconception can learn a little about the true margins of victory in college football. Since 2003, LSU has a higher ranked yearly average scoring margin against USC five out of nine years. Against Oregon's ranking, LSU is six out of nine years. You can certainly see why the loss of Ryan Perrilloux hurt as much as it did.
The disparity isn't what you think it is....
