Is I 10 open Eastbound to New Orleans or I-55?

I can't decipher the DOTD website and keep getting conflicting reports. Had people going 12 to Causeway and in but sure would like to shorten the route.

We came up 310 earlier and noticed 10E was open once we merged. Heard it was one lane, but I have no evidence to support that.

I just traveled I-10 East from Siegen Lane to Sorrento at 8:45 p.m. and it was 2 lanes all the way to that point and traffic was moving ok.
