Trading in Connected Careers for Madden 13

Is there a way to force trades in the Connected Careers mode? I'm trying to stack my team with LSU players, but they will not accept a trade. Every offer gets declined. Any suggestions?

It's literally impossible to trade in CC. I offered two first round picks for fricking Marcus Trufant just so I could say I finally got the CPU to accept, and they took a different offer. Dafrick?

Yeh, I tried to trade half my secondary for Morris Claiborne.....declined.
then again for Laron Landry, they accepted another offer.

The trading on this game is hard...I also tried to fire my defensive coordinator for the Saints and can't do that either WTF? This game is addictive though.

I can't figure out how to put my players on the block. I've had a fairly difficult time adjusting to this.

Select the player in roster an you'll see "add to trade block" option. You can't select what you want in return though they just offer you what your current team needs are.
