Trade Advice: Sending Rashad Jennings to the owner of MJD?

Bit of a strange lineup in this league
1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 Flx, D/ST, Kicker
My team:
QB: Matt Ryan, Ryan Fitzpatrick
RB: DeMarco Murray, Jonathan Stewart, Peyton Hillis, Rashad Jennings
WR: Julio Jones, Jordy Nelson, Torrey Smith, Darrius Heyward-Bey, Reggie Wayne
TE: Jimmy Graham, Jermaine Gresham
D/ST: Bills
K: Billy Cundiff
Their team:
QB: Ben Roethlisberger, Carson Palmer
RB: MJD, Roy Helu, DeAngelo Williams, Isaac Redman
WR: Mike Wallace, Michael Crabtree, Nate Washington
TE: Antonio Gates, Owen Daniels, Martellus Bennett
D/ST: Steelers, Falcons
K: Matt Bryant, Mike Nugent
I know I need a better D/ST so I'd like to include the Steelers in this trade... Just trying to put together a package that helps me, but ESPN's auto-pick is brutally bad and didn't leave me with much to work with for Jennings.
Would you just hold on to Jennings here? He's on my bench right now, so trading him wouldn't hurt much.

Also a good option, just picked up Cardinals D/ST and dropped the Bills for that first week... Then we'll see

FWIW, I proposed a trade in my league to the owner of MJD. I offered Jennings and Alshon Jeffry for Jordy Nelson, but he declined.

Sounds like I'm holding on to him then, especially after evaluating my needs. If MJD's owner realizes after week 1 that MJD isn't playing and Jennings has a good week then maybe I can milk some good value out of him
