Seriously doubt it. My morning report said they were all down. Phillips 66 downriver has no power. Idk about Chevron Pascagoula, they put up one heck of a flood wall after Katrina.

There are 10 refineries shutdown or at reduced rates, about 10% of the US capacity. Gasoline supplies were pretty high going in, so shortages not likely, higher prices are.

They were calling for maintenance start-up personnel to go back today to assess damage. Startup operators to go back tomorrow am. However with the flooding and Evacuees in the area... There is no telling. I work for a contractor at one of the plants. You can't even physically get to the plant right now. Its anyone guess. No telling when we go back

I have a project scheduled to start up at Motiva next week. Just trying to see what the situation was there. I have a feeling it may get pushed back a week.

My brother said the storm team is still at Valero. He may be able to go back to work Saturday.
