There was a good thread from a convenience store owner on here a long time ago. There is not much leeway/room for error from what i remember. Tough business. have to stay on top of everything and everyone. he really went into detail about fuel, food and how to buy from vendors among other things with employees that WILL steal from you just a matter of when and how much.
