recipe for BBQ pulled pork- anyone have a good one?

May do a pork roast in a crock pot or pressure cooker today. Anyone have a good recipe for BBQ pulled pork? I was trying to avoid just plain BBQ sauce on a pork roast.

There are probably some more if you do a google search. It comes up pretty often. Could be somethng in the recipe book, but I haven't looked.

Meh, if you can't smoke it, it will come out much better cooking low temp in oven in my experience.

Thanks! I should have searched for it. I'm going to try it in the oven on low like Cosmo suggested.

Ive quit cooking them anywhere but on the smoker. Cant help. Sorry.
