Close but no Hasselback?

Why aren't any of these "close but no QB" teams trying to trade for Matt Hasselback?? Tennessee is going young and would probably part with him for a mid rounder. So if you're the 49ers, Cardinals or Falcons, why not get 3 years of good QB play and mentoring from MH??

He hasn't really been good the last 3 years so I'm sure he doesn't have 3 good years left.
I hate the Falcons as much as anybody but come on they don't need Hasselbeck.
