Can't go wrong with either one. Love the .40

Both are basically full sized, all steel, DA/SA w/ frame mounted safety. Feature-wise, both seem like solid guns. I'd go w/ the one that has the best combination of:

I have the CZ-85B, the ambidextrous 75B. This gun is solid as a rock, built like a tank, highly recommend.
