Also, Rory and Tiger are in the same pairing for the first 2 rounds. According to the Golf Channel, first time they have been paired up before.

I'm also curious to see how the course compares to the US open a several years ago. Either way, Very excited for some playoff golf.

Should be a good one. I'm pulling for my guy Josh Teater. Hope he plays well enough to move on. Of course I'll be pulling for Tiger and against Phil.

Maybe in the States, but they were paired together (with Luke Donald also, I believe) in the first competitive rounds of the year this January. I think they were in Dubai.
Rory beat Tiger for the rounds they were together, and for the week. I think Rory finished the tournament in the top 5.
