How would it be possible? Ineligibility issues

Ban if you want - I don't care about player names or rumors. Just trying to wrap my head around if its even possible to be named academically ineligible at this time of the year - we had started talking about it in an "unnamed" thread but it got the whack.
So theoretically - you flunk spring semester. You try to bring up grades during summer courses and flunk those too maybe? But grades we were released a long time ago for summer so any info like that would have already been known. I guess maybe you could flunk summer intersession (whenever that is?) and only learn about it now?
But damn, wouldn't that be cutting it close. If you were that close to the season and just needed one A to pass wouldnt you just take like art and not advanced calculus?
What am I missing here? Are there any other senarios that make it possible?

All of this is what leads me to believe it is all bullshite. We would have heard weeks ago if any players were ineligible. Couple that with admins whacking any threads that mention player names, and thats all the proof you need.

Yeah it's most likely BS, the guys that are ineligible this late in summer are freshmen with high school or entrance issues, not returning players.
