This is a regular occurrence at Austin's many food trailer parks. They scoff at you.

yeah, as in daily. they don't even move anymore, which really defeats the whole purpose of a food truck IMO

I went to the San Fran food truck/street food round up, and I wish we had the variety they had. Everything from Korean Tacos to Ethiopian Matzsu Misa. 90 vendors. Even had Ms. Linda and her Yakamein.

Competing with the diversity of a city like San Fran is just impossible.

I honestly don't know much about it. Don't really seek them out. Some people get all nuts about Taceaux Loceaux but I haven't liked it the few times I've tried it. Very greasy and salty.

Had a sandwich from a grilled cheese truck once that was fricking awful.

There really aren't a whole lot of options down here. Maybe 8 trucks I could name that operate in Orleans parish?

I've tried a lot of them. None of them made me say, "Hey, I need to try that again!".
