When the majority of the lock up end and they demonstrate they can create significant revenue from ads or other sources. Not really a specific price target for me.

thats the problem ...it's not that there aren't a lot of people who would be interested in investing in FB, just nobody knows the right price...to hard to value ...

Probably too late at that point.

I think have value around $15. That'll put them at about 22 FP/E. There is just a ton of opportunity there if they can figure it out. My money is pretty well tied up at the moment so I won't be looking to invest until the spring of next year. Unless something extraordinary happens with my current investments.

No way. the company is still growing. Their products work. From what insiders have told me, their project management teams are top notch.

That's all nice, but show me the money.

They make over $1,000,000,000.00

People are bitching because they paid too much for the stock. No one held a gun to anyones head to make them buy. Until they lose growth in membership or revenue he is safe.

Even if he never figures out how to make more than $1/user and the user level continues to be the largest in the world, he will remain. It would be silly to have a higher standard than "best in the world"

but damn, Apple has a P/E of ~15 and FB is at 107. S&P 500 is ~16 and Nasdaq is ~12. If FB were to fall to those levels we're talking a sub $3 stock
