I am hating the 7 spot. The more mocks I do, the worse my drafts have been. I usually get in a groove and know exactly who I'm going to pick and where and I have contingencies if they are gone. This year is all kinds of screwed up at the 7 spot.
It doesn't help that I'm having to pretend players who are available in the mock drafts that will not be available in our draft. I could have picked Calvin in every mock. He won't be there in ours so I just ignore him. Julio always falls to me in the second. He won't be there either. It is very difficult to simulate our draft and predict based on these mocks.

If this happens:
1 Pope of Chili Town - Brees (homer pick)
2 NGT Cam (Homer pick)
Calvin MAY fall to me as there will still be some great picks left. I call these homer picks but really both of those guys will go in the first, I just have a feeling the above is going to happen. It is way more fun to root for a former player on your fantasy team than it is some other first rounder. This is also why Trent and Julio will probably both be gone at the end of the first. The second round could be interesting.

How you think I feel with the 8? I can't plan back to back like I could at the 10/11/12 spot or in the top 3

Mock drafts are such a waste of time. Calvin fell all the way to 10 and I got Lesean at 5 in one I did earlier on NFL.com. Some guy took forte at #3

The best ones are on the fantasy football calculator website, but I can't get a spot in one. They don't have very many. The nfl.com site I've given up on. They aren't realistic at all.
