Boca orange seal bearings?

I've considered it, but they ain't cheap, and I imagine they'd be so smooth it would be backlash city

I have them in a couple of my reels.....are they worth it? I think they are....I can cast really light lures with no issues. You may backlash at first until you get used to them.

Just got a new citica e and planning on getting them eventually. My dad got some in his curado and said he can throw it a mile now.

Yeah they will definetly increase your casting distance.....also y'all may want to look into getting your reel super tuned....that makes a big difference as well

Is your reel tuned properly? If you have the weights on the spool set correctly your back lashes should be minimal....the only time I really backlash is when my lure hits a low hanging limb and Im not able to stop my spool fast enough

Yeah, it's good. The only time I have backlashes is when I do something wrong. Most always when throwing a cork set-up with a long leader.
Just ordered a set of the ceramic orange Boca bearings, I'll give a report if anyones interested.
