Currently brewing a robust porter. Racked a rye IPA to the keg and added whole Columbus directly to the keg. I have a Russian imperial stout in secondary that went from 1.104 to 1.032 and I am thinking of hitting it wih some US-05 to try to drop it down a little more.

Will be bottling an Oktoberfest (1st of 2 batches) and NB's Innkeeper this weekend.

Bottled my Belgian Dubbel last night. Added another 1/2 liter yeast starter and 1 cup corn sugar to the bottling bucket. Now I'm hoping I don't have bombs going off.

Racked the gf's coffee porter last night... it's in secondary now with some vanilla beans until next weekend.

Will be brewing a rosemary IPA next weekend while we keg that one. Nothing doing this weekend.

Sunday or Monday i might transfer my Rye IPA to secondary. Need to take some readings first.

Also, my summer crisp IPA should be aged perfect now. Been bottled for almost 4 weeks. Drank some a couple days ago and was great.

Not sure how long it would take to ferment out, I haven't done a lager in a long time.

I think we'll be brewing two batches this weekend. Grapefruit RyePA and our Black IPA.

Getting ready for competition season it seems.

Yea I will most likely brew a Blue Corn Whiskey beer to go into the barrel. I am still trying to nail down the recipe. My first thoughts had the beer starting at 1.100 which is probably much higher than I want it to end up.
