Still Confused - Does McNeese allow Marijuana...

I just don't get how an NCAA violation can be overlooked by another school that is part of the NCAA.
With that said, if it is overlooked, I think it would and should be completely demoralizing to the receptive team and school.
I'm struggling to find anything positive about this potential loop hole...

Tyrann broke team rules. I'm pretty sure the NCAA isn't involved in this at all. He hasn't broken any McNeese team rules/policies. At least not to my knowledge.

TM did not fail a NCAA sanctioned drug test; he failed LSU's. It is not a NCAA violation. There is no loophole if he decides to go there.

Mathieu isn't being disciplined by the NCAA and obviously he hasn't violated McNeese team or school rules.
But you do make a good point. Knowing his history of violating rules why would any school rush out to embrace him? I don't know the thought process involved at McNeese on this one.
Perhaps its the "everyone deserves a second chance" approach or maybe its the "he can help us win games" way of looking at it.
