Need help w/ Lunch or Pubs in downtown St. Louis

I will be visiting Thursday-Sunday. I will be free to roam around Thursday before the Cards game at 7. Will be in the downtown area Friday and Sunday for lunch. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is my first visit there.

i enjoyed the Schlafly Tap Room last time i was in St. Louis (a year ago). Good locally brewed beer and solid food.

I was there last summer, the food in the stadium is pretty good. There is a TGIF's about a block or two from the arch. Also there are a good amount of Italian places downtown.
