Tier 2 RB's

I am having a hard time ranking my tier 2 RB's and looking for more input. I have the 2nd pick in a PPR keeper league and all these guys are going to be available. In what order would you rank these guys?

I am thinking Charles ahead of AP since he has had a larger amount of recovery time

injuries are such a crapshoot that its pointless to downgrade running backs because they might not be full strength for the first 2 weeks. its a loooooooong season and im much rather AP anchoring my squad in week 14-16.
