What shows are you ashamed to admit you watch.

The "current favorite show" question got me to wondering. Any shows you'd be totally embarassed to admit that you watch (do it anyway)?
Mine would be small town security. I HATE it, but I can't stop watching it when it comes on. On a good note, it always makes me feel better about my OWN LIFE..ha ha.

I'm not scared to admit anything on here. That said, I hope my friends and family never find out I watch Teen Mom, Idol, X Factor, Bachelor, Bachelor Pad, Housewives, Real World, MTV Challenge shows. Good God my TV has gone down hill since I got married

There is one show that I'm definitely ashamed to admit that I watch. As far as I know, it's never been mentioned on this board once, I've searched. I wasn't even ashamed to say I watched Greek when it was on, but this one I will not admit to.

I watch iCarly and Victorious with my little girl, but I'm not ashamed of it. There are some good chuckles on those shows.
I am ashamed that I watch Hollywood Heights. Is a cheesy teenage soap opera with bad acting but I can't not watch.

Ghost Adventures. Not too ashamed, but I don't brag about watchin it. Not sure on their credibility.
