Enjoy your osteoporosis.

I can't tell you how wrong this is. I know it's spread by the government and every dairy ad and agency, but humans do not need milk from any other animals, and do not need breastmilk past 3 years old or so.

In a nutshell, cow's milk was designed, by nature, for calves (baby bovine). Not humans. Sure, some here and there isn't bad, and possibly could be beneficial.. but cow's milk is far from a necessity in the human diet, and more and more research is showing that dairy milk is actually working against preventing osteoporosis.

Drank 2% for years and have been drinking 1% for the last 2 or 3 years. I don't really taste a difference but I can not drink skim milk no matter what. Tried Almond milk and didn't care for it.
