So does that make the agreement with the NCAA void? Can the NCAA just issue the death penalty now?

Erickson signed a consent decree with the NCAA after consulting with Board of Trustees chairwoman Karen Peetz and university counsel, but he did not bring the decree to the full board for review or a vote.

These Penn State idiots just don't get it. They need to just shut up and go away for awhile. They really need people to quit talking about this, but the more they poke and prod the NCAA, it's only going to get worse.

They're pretty much asking for the NCAA to go in there and air out ALL their dirty laundry, even outside of football.

This is going to get really ugly.

So If the agreement is voided and Penn State gets the death penalty, does Paterno get his record back?

Not if it's the 4 year variety that it was rumored to be. 4 years of no CFB would make the current penalty seem like a slap on the wrist.

And there were to be sanctions tacked on after the death penalty was over...

Paterno family told them to and they're used to following their orders.

What if Penn State wins in court or on the appeal, do the players that transfered become ineligible?
