IVAN Heavy oil focused O&G company

I've recently been looking into IVAN as kind of a speculative buy. It looks like the possible upside could be huge compared to the downside. Does anyone else follow this company or have any thoughts on it?

They had to file a plan of some sort detailing how they will get share value above $1 in order to stay on and I assume it was approved seeing as they are still listed.
