Braised with onions tomato and jalapeños. Serve in tacos with cilantro and onion squirt of lime.

Crock pot with rotel and onions. Shred and serve on warm flour tortillas.

That's a lot of taco meat! I think it was about 6 lbs per bag.

Make it and then freeze in the braising liquid. Will keep for a few months. Braise tongue the same way and serve the same as well. fricking bueno

Nice. Nothing like it. Favorite breakfast of mine.

ETA: with some smashed and salted avocado with a little squirt of lime juice on the side. So good.
