Yeah that's what I'm thinking

I don't want to wait and it go back up

But if it went to 3.15 or something I'd be pissed

Just trying to gauge what everyone thinks these rates are going to do

4.0 was just crazy 3 years ago, but 3.25 is insane.

i just checked my rate sheets and the dow is making a 150 point rally rates will go up by an 1/8th by tomorrow watch. FHA and VA dont move up and down as much as conventional. Fridays suck for rates its near the end of the month and we call it profit taking.

What lenders are offering 3.125 in that baton rouge area? I asked the one I normally use last week and the 30 yr rate was 3.5 with 1/2% origination.

Yea, I locked when it peaked in late March at 4.0 w/ a 805 credit score (zero points). It was on a rise all month and I had to act b/c I needed to buy the house. I would have never guessed it would start dropping again the week after signed the papers

LOCK DOC. If Europe keeps going down, rates could go lower. It's a risk, but 3.25 is a great rate.

I locked into today.. was getting super paranoid seeing the market go up like it did.

got a 1k lender credit on top of it too, so that was a plus

I was playing with the zillow mortgages app and it list as best rates:

First financial services
Roundpoint mortgage
First Internet bank

Anybody have experience with any of these companies? Is the zillow app any good?
