I want in on this. I have friends that woodcock hunted here after deer season with a ton of people and they killed 160 birds in an afternoon (limit is 3 per person) with only a handful of bird dogs. They said they were AVERAGING a dog point every minute...

I live not too far from there, and my neighbor whose a taxidermist used to mount deer for those guys. The average deer he got was around 170 in.

We have already looked into this property and can not make the numbers work. It will take someone that isn't looking for a return on their money. With that being said, there is a group of three out of NOLA looking hard at this place for the sole purpose of entertaining clients.

Isnt this place more of a high-dollar shooting range for animals as opposed to hunting?

That log road track would rival any piece of property in the state. The property that borders it to the east is also for sale.

I'll probably be able to get them down a million or so too. If we get another 10 people with good negotiating skills we should be able to get it for $3 or $4 million

If I cancel my 401k and United Way contributions I can come up with $4.63 a week.
