Damn Mako shark tasted so good

First time eating Mako and it was quite tasty. Any OB had Mako before?

The Steamboat in Washington, LA had it as a special when I was there once. The other special was alligator babyback ribs. I should have tried one of them, but I was in a soft shell crab mood. I have eaten other sharks and liked them. Never Mako though

caught ~300lb mako a few years back. ate off it for quite a long while. it's fricking delicious. like a pork chop, but better imo

It is a good eating fish. Lots of mako talk around here today.
