FBD: leftover sweet & sour.

I havent been enjoying overly sour beers when they're overcarbed lately. Enjoying it much better today (very light carb)

the only sours i've ever tried are the tart lychee and the la folie, both from the NB Lips of Faith series. i thought both were really great; still have a bottle of one of those two in my beer closet. need to explore the sour/sour brown style a bit more.

I used to love the over sour beers. Lately ive been enjoying the moderatly sour (middle of the road) beers.

Eta: La folie is fantastic. I havent had it in awhile though and because of my recent tastes, im scared to open the one i have.

Le terroir, transatlantique kriek, and their sour pumpkin beers are all good sour offerings from new belgium.

FBD is a SweetWater 420 before I head out for a 20 mile run. Yes, I'm aware of how crazy I am.

Oh snap, I only ran 6 miles today and did 45 mins of stairs. Why a 20 mile run? What race are you training for?

For the hell of it. Not training for anything really. Just a long run with a buddy. Gonna be slow, that's for damn sure.

I did my regular 4.2 mile LSU lakes run today at lunch and it almost killed me.

That is one of my all-time favorite runs and I do it every time I make it back to BR.

Yes, this is a good one. I've had 2 4-packs so far and will buy more when Matherne's gets more of it. Matherne's was re-stocked today with Endeavor, so my SBD is Endeavor.

I need to pick up some more Endeavor. I am kicking myself for not making it down to the Old Monk in Dallas when they had the cask conditioned Endeavor on tap.

Keep them cool and I'll trade you some homebrew for them the next time my brother and I brew something.
