Just looking for some other stuff I might be able to do on the grill, kids love burgers and dogs, but me and the wife are kinda burnt out on them.

Maybe some chicken or fish stuff or anything really.I'm kinda new to the grilling thing, still not sure on what temps to cook some things but fire away.

get some johnsonville brats. they are good on the grill, and it shouldn't be a problem for a rookie.

Bone in pork chops are good on the grill

Experiment with different marinades and rubs

Pork is pretty versatile and is accepting of a lot of different flavor profiles

You could do some Chinese BBQ on the grill. Use whatever leftover pork you have for fried rice

Aside from meats, try grilling your vegtables. Last night I grilled squash, egg plant, zuchini, and a couple avacados. Hard to beat.

there are plenty of great things that you can grill.

pizzas, skirt steak, stuffed pork loins, boudin. if you get some time search the site and you'll find many of these with detailed instructions. good luck

Cajun Style Pork Grillades:

Pork Shoulder/Boston Butt/Country Style pork ribs/Whatever...

Debone, cut the meat into thinnish strips and pound with a meat mallet until tenderdized and about a 1/4 inch thick.

Mix some salt, Paprika, Cayenne, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, brown sugar, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, a little vinegar, beer, and mustard together to form a marinade. Don;t worry about measurements. It's hard to screw this up. Soak the meat in this mixture for a couple of hours or overnight. Grill over hot coals or high heat on a gas grill. Only takes a couple of minutes per side. Serve on fresh french bread with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, etc...
