cooking wild hog.

just was given two wild hog quarters, two slabs of ribs and a backstrap. Never cooked or have eaten wild boar. It was trapped locally here in texas. Any suggestions on what to cook with this bad boy? Thanks!

I did read the other posts, but this is half a hog butchered, not whole so wanted to see if anyone had any good recipes.

I'd season and smoke the ribs and tenderloin. Don't know what to do with the quarters.
