This year's DL...

Which players are going to be contributing the most? Who gets the most snaps at DT? I'd assume the primary DTs will be Logan and Ego/Freak, but how much will Downs be playing? What about DE? I assume we are primarily going to see Mingo and Montgomery, but Lavar Edwards is an excellent player, and I think Rasco will really come along. What do you guys see playing out on the DL?

From what I have been hearing, Quentin Thomas will get some meaningful snaps this season at DT.

Our defense, especially the front four, is deeper than the Marianas Trench. I'm sure we'll see another carousel just like last season.

Hell yeah! Its amazing how little drop off there is from one guy to the next. Keeps the legs fresh all game long. Gotta be an offensive linemans worst nightmare!

I found it interesting that coach miles didn't mention Josh Downs during media day. Guess it was due to his history of injuries.
Probably a battle between Quentin Thomas & Mickey Johnson for fourth DT. Who wins that battle? Anyone hear how Mickey is progressing?

I can't remember in the history of College football a team coming into a season with a more imposing D line.....and none of them are even seniors I think.

DL will be one of the groups I will be looking forward to watching most this year. I think they have the potential to be a special group. There is a hell of a lot of talent there.

Allen has been a beast in the Big cat drills, so I can see him seeing some reserve time, just from a physical standpoint.

Without a doubt, the DE's will be great. Only concern is the 4th and 5th DT.
Heard some good things about Quenton Thomas, but nothing about Mickey Johnson.

I think Mickey is coming off shoulder surgery, so don't really know his status...
